Health empowers you.

If you feel its time to become healthier, but find it a challenge in a world full of misinformation, that becomes overwhelming to find what works for you as an individual, then you’ve come to a Blog with the right knowledge, that will change your lifestyle and habits for the better. learning new things, giving you the right tools to tackle any problems and reach any goals in your life.

I know what it feels like when it seems like there are so many things in front of us, that we can’t afford to make the wrong decisions, the thought of going one step forward and two steps back, it seems like plenty of reason to loose hope, the thoughts and feelings of watching your true self slip away, only too give it away on the habits and things in life, that destroy your lifestyle, health and mental well being.

Things can go to bad to worse in a blink of an eye, yet to see progression, improvement and succusses seems to take an age.

I’ve seen people on special diets, for example those who believe firmly in veganism and all things towards extremism. Where people forbid the good things in life, that have so much benefit’s for them. The truth always sticks on simplicity and complications with extreme views don’t sit well with the truth, of anything in life. One of the best phrase’s that ive ever herd in my life, thats been beneficial for me is, Quality over quantity, it could not be any far from the truth, now more than ever. Especially in a world where our food, is going threw a very unnatural process for marketing and money. Fasts foods, processed crap, they take away the farm from the animal and try to domesticate and farm the fish, it truly is backwards in many ways.

All this reflects the exact same image, with our health departments, the places we go and deliver our full trust to, our lack of knowledge on our own instincts of our health, we loose the ability to listen to our bodies. Some of us no better than junkies running to the real drug lord of the earth, the pharmaceutical company’s that provide, unnatural blockers that are riddled with side effects with the potentials for future problems, that cant seem to be pinpointed, true oblivion of the cause and effect, trust on a diagnosis yet no trust in patience true knowledge, herbs, remedies, fasting or even the amazing healing of your own hand. keeping us in the loop where we never find a way out of its truly dark nature.

As ex amateur/ semi pro boxer with over 25 bouts, that started very late at the age of 24, all I was interested in was keeping fit and healthy. I wanted to be the best, I wasn’t settling for less, I loved the sport, learned not just from coaches or sparring professionals or champions, I also learned from the best watching and studying videos, names like willie pep, sugar ray Robinson and joe louis the list goes on. All I wanted was to turn professional, which for many reasons at the time, I decided not to. One thing I taught myself was to not give up while I was active, I had a broken hand a dislocation in my wrist that is permanent, a bad meniscus tear in my right knee, even floating lump of cartilage near my knee cap, a broken ac joint above my left shoulder, and wasted muscle on my right trapezium from another accident. I was a orthodox boxer in my stance, and my right hand was my stronger hand, which just happened to be the one with the dislocation and numerous breaks and scar tissue, you name it. Believe it or not with all these issues, I hit the hardest, I was above average strong in both arms, alot of it was my legs and hips, having power in both arms, it felt like a gift at the time being a welter weight weight shy of 11 stone.

I managed to get threw with my injuries, and the ones i gained from the sport it self. i learned how to listen to my body. learning to not go to the doctors, to not take pills. I always followed the things that made sense and were logical to me at the time. It had to be very serious for me to go and see the doctor, because i always was my own first. if I couldn’t solve it and was helpless then id ask for help. Not before researching and learning about my body. Looking at things in a more simple way, helped me conquer many complications.

Read on if travel has been on your mind lately but maybe you don’t have the time or money to take a break from life right now – this post is perfect for all types of travelers!

1. Be prepared with a travel kit that includes necessities such as medications

Make sure to carry a travel kit with you when going on vacation. This will make it easy for you to stay healthy while away from home by including things like medicine and other items that are essential for your health.

Whether you’re going for a week or two on vacation, or on a business trip, make sure to travel prepared. My travel kit always includes tons of medicine. I don’t want to catch something while out on the road, so I’m prepared for anything!

It’s also a good idea to include emergency contact information into your travel kit.

2. Keep your passport handy at all times – don’t put it in a safe or locker

Don’t leave your passport in a safe.

I don’t want to sound like your mother, but you should keep it with you at all times because if it’s stolen then that could cause problems when going through security or leaving the country.

Always keep your passport in a place you can easily access it in case you need to make an emergency exit.

3. Update apps to your destination’s currency to track your spending

You can track your spending more easily if you update the apps on your phone to the destination’s currency. That way, it will be easier for you to check how much money you have left so that there are no surprises when it comes time to pay.

If you’re traveling, it’s a good idea to set your phone to the local currency so that all of your transactions are automatically labeled with their correct prices.

Fiddling around with exchange rates all the time is not worth it!

4. Book flights on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to get the cheapest fares

The best time to book a flight is on Tuesday or Wednesday. That’s because most people are looking for flights over the weekend, so you can find some great deals if you have patience!

I first learned this trick from my flight attendant friends – and I can now confirm it works amazingly well! I’ve saved thousands of dollars by simply following this one travel hack.

5. Use Google Maps offline so you can still navigate even without a connection

If you’re driving or walking between places and don’t have a data connection, use Google Maps’ offline mode. It’ll still give you directions and useful information like the distance to your destination, what streets to take, and how long it’ll take to get there.

You can also download a map of your places of interest ahead of time, and then you get to use it anywhere – even on things like subways!

6. Carry a credit card from home country as well as one from destination country

If you are traveling to another country, it’s always a good idea to bring your credit card from your home country with you. You don’t want to rely on just one or two cards when travelling because that could be risky if one of them gets lost or stolen.

I always bring my credit card from home, as well as one from the place I’m going or alternatively an international card such as Revolut. In case anything happens, I always have a way to get money and communicate with people at home.
